These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games and websites provided by Claudiu Ardelean ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and play our games on your personal devices for non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or distribute the game.

2. Virtual Currency & Items

The Service may include virtual coins, gems, or items ("Virtual Goods"). You acknowledge that:

1. Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold. You have no property rights in them.

2. Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value.

3. We may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual currency at any time without liability.

4. All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You agree to their respective Terms of Sale. If our games offer subscriptions, they will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your device settings.

4. Cloud Saves & Platform Services

We use Google Play Services and Apple Game Center to provide cloud saving and achievements. We do not guarantee that your progress will always be available or retrievable. You are responsible for safeguarding your own account credentials.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
• Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or banning.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
